Scenic Harbour is unique in that in order for a property owner to receive a variance, they must receive approval by the Restrictions Committee in conjunction with the Architectural Review process. The Restrictions Committee was given authority in Paragraph II, Section 29 to be appointed to serve until the member is removed, resigns, sells their property or otherwise dissolves the committee. All appointments must be filed with the county and the committee must comprise of a total of 5 property owners.
