In a HOA community you are committing yourself to adhering to the Associations governing documents and Restrictive Covenants. (Covenants are defined as a written binding agreement, promise and legal contract by deed) These covenants define what a property owner can and cannot do. These rules are there to help maintain properties, preserve property values, and protect everyone in the community. It’s nice to live in a community surrounded by equally, well maintained properties. Violations are not meant as punishment, they are to help our members to be aware of their duty and be considerate of all others in our community. The board is trying to uphold our covenants to the best of our ability so everyone can enjoy their properties. To move forward in a positive direction and trying to do what's right for all. It is our hope that each member takes accountability for their actions and takes the community as a whole into consideration. Any member needing help with getting their issue resolved reach out and ask, we have members willing to help. We can’t do this alone it takes a community working together.

 

Scenic Harbour Estates is comprised of two sections, hillside and lakeside. Both sections have full access to the subdivision common area and boat launch area. Below you will find the most current version of the legal governing documents.
