The Association is governed by a group of volunteer board members who are elected at the Annual General Meeting in June or are appointed by the current board to fill a vacant position. According to the Articles of Incorporation, Article VII "The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board of three (3) Directors, who need not be members of the Association. The number of Directors may be changed by amendment of the By-Laws of the Association." Since the Articles give expressed authority for the By-laws to change the number, the board has adopted a total of five board members as of 12/17/2025. Board members serve a term of three years and may be re-elected to serve additional terms. Board members do not receive compensation for any service they render to the Association. It takes majority of the board members to constitute a quorum in order to make decisions on behalf of the Association.
